I requested the verification email for my new account - why haven't I received it yet?

The verification email that is sent as part of the new account registration process may take up to a day to appear in your email inbox. If the email still has not been received after 24 hours, your district's network filters may have blocked and quarantined the message. Please contact your district's technology department to ensure that they have whitelisted the proper email addresses and mail server (see the District Email Filters support guide for additional details).

In the meantime, please contact TEKS Resource System Tech Support so that we can manually verify your account and bypass the verification step for you.
