Content Access vs. Content Content Settings
The page has two options containing separate controls. The default selection is the Content Access tab, which contains toggle switches for controlling user access to TEKS RS materials according to Grade/Subject/Course.
The second option is the Content Settings tab, which contains toggle switches for controlling user access to optional content features relating to Year at a Glance and Instructional Focus Documents.
District-Wide Content Access/Settings
On the Content Access Management page, there are several options for managing users’ access to content and ability to create customized versions of TCMPC and district-created components. In the District-Wide Content Access and District-Wide Content Settings tables, a checked box means the associated category is turned ON, while an unchecked box means it is turned OFF. You may customize each campus to have separate settings or use the District-Wide Access/Settings tables, which act as master switches for all campuses.
