Submit Plans for Review

In order for your administrators to be able to review the plans you create, they must be marked Ready for Review. Note that this functionality may be restricted by the district.

SITE ACCESS: Tools > My Content > My Plans > Options > Ready for Review

Click on the Tools drop-down in the site’s main navigation menu, and select the My Content option. My Plans is the default landing page for the My Content section.

On the My Plans page, locate a plan in Draft status that you've completed and wish to be reviewed by your principal. Click the Options button that is associated with it and select Submit for Review.

The plan status will be updated to Ready For Review and it will then be available for your administrator to examine.

After an administrator has reviewed a plan and made comments, users will see a note icon in the Notes column of their plan list and that the status of the plan has changed to Reviewed.

View the comments by clicking the icon in the Notes Column.

Click Cancel or the “x” in the upper-right corner to close the Plan Comments window.

If your administrator has asked that you make changes to the plan and resubmit, you must put the plan back in Draft status before doing so.

On the plan marked Reviewed, click the Options button and select Mark as Draft.

At this point, you can make the required changes to the plan, through the Edit page, and mark Ready for Review when resubmitting to your administrator.
